How much does a capoeira class in The Hague cost?
The adult try-out class is €7.50. After that, it's €12 per class when you buy a ten class card, or €15 for a single class. For kids capoeira, the try-out class is €5, and after that €10 per class when you buy a ten class card. The Connect & Playground, the open capoeira music, acrobatics, flexibility and skill building class, is €10 per session.
Where are the classes?
All in The Hague. Friday 5:30 pm at The Social Hub, Hoefkade 9. Friday 7:30 pm at De Eloutschool, Copernicusstraat 159. Kids and the Connect & Playground on Wednesday at De Drie Linden Basisschool, 2e Braamstraat 5.
I've never done capoeira. Can I join?
Yes, because everybody starts where they are right now. You don't need experience. The only thing you need is the wish to grow: physically, mentally, musically, socially. Everybody can start, and it's way easier than you think. Because we connect and play.
Is there capoeira for kids in Den Haag?
Yes, every Wednesday at De Drie Linden. Ages 4 to 7 from the 28th of October 2026. From the 13th of January 2027 there are two groups: 4 to 7 years and 8 to 12 years. Kids have told me it's the best time of their week. The try-out class is €5.
Can parents and kids train together?
Yes, that's the Connect & Playground. One open hour on Wednesday, 4 to 5 pm, from the 13th of January 2027. Parents, adults, students, teens, kids. Music, flexibility, mobility, acrobatics, flow. No levels. You come to play, you leave feeling alive.
What should I bring to my first training?
Long training trousers, a T-shirt, and light trainers. We train on bare feet and also with shoes.
